Stopping Smoking If you have stopped smoking and are keen to maintain a healthy weight, ask your GP or your Smoking Cessation Advisor for a referral to our Dietitians, who can help you establish healthy eating patterns.
Please note: our community-based Dietitians specialise in weight management for those of a healthy weight (if quitting smoking) or for people above their ideal weight. If you are underweight or have any other (medical) conditions requiring the advice of a Dietitian, please ask your GP for a referral to the Dietitians at your local hospital.
