Community organisations and schools are invited to apply for grants of up to £1000 for food projects in Brighton & Hove. The deadline for applications is 5pm on Friday 10 February. Grants will be awarded by 30 March 2012 and must be used for work that takes place between 1 April 2012 and 31 March 2013.

If you are involved in a school garden and you are seeking funding for gardening equipment and materials like compost, tools, netting, seeds, plants, etc, you can also apply for a small grant through the Harvest Schools Garden Equipment fund. We can offer schools up to £200 towards items for their gardens.
