Training for your group or work place on cookery skills.

The Cookery Project can provide a range of customised sessions to local organisations that wish to promote healthy eating, both by addressing the confusion about what healthy eating means, and by developing practical shopping and kitchen skills.

eatwell foodsWe offer presentations to groups focusing on a specific topic, such as healthy lunchboxes or infant feeding. We run workshops for children and adults at local schools, youth and community organisations. We also deliver cookery demonstrations and taster sessions at local events and community festivals, where people can watch the food being cooked, taste it and take away a recipe to try at home.

The focus is always on unprocessed, affordable and simple alternatives to ready-made meals and snacks, and on giving people new ideas and more choice about what they eat. We have a team of trained and qualified sessional cookery workers, who between them possess a wide range of skills and experience.

The charge for this service is based on the cost of the ingredients plus the sessional fees (currently £16 per hour).  If you would like to use this service, please  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
