Shape Up After Baby
A tailored Shape Up programme to shift those post-baby pounds and develop healthy lifelong changes. If you are at least 6 weeks post pregnancy or have had a baby in the last two years this programme is especially for you.
What to expect
Just like Shape Up with the added benefit of being able to bring your baby with you. The activity sessions within the programme are run by trained activity leaders catering for mums with babies.
Did you know around a year after childbirth is a key point in a woman's life when she may gain excess weight? Being a healthy weight before the next pregnancy may help prevent gradual weight gain over future pregnancies. Weight control after pregnancy may reduce a woman's long-term risk of heart disease, some cancers and type 2 diabetes.
