The Food Partnership wants to see more people growing, cooking and eating healthy, local food, and community and school food projects can play a big role in this. Food projects are a great way to get people of all ages interested in all aspects of food, and they're also places to learn new skills and meet new people.

Whether you're thinking of starting a new project, or if you're already involved in a project, we can help. Go to the Harvest website for support for growing projects or find out about support for cookery projects. Or find out about volunteering at food projects.

We can provide advice about funding, information about insurance & legal structures, resources and tips about growing or cooking. We can also help promote your volunteering opportunities, offer help with securing land for growing and let you know about networking events.

We also run an annual small grants scheme called Good Food Grants for healthy eating, cooking and growing projects. We accept applications between November and February each year. The funding is awarded in March and the maximum grant size is £1000.

If your project is looking for some support, or if you want to find out more, please contact us.
